Consultation Fees

Initial Consultation: A complimentary 60-minute session (for new clients), subject to conflict check, to discuss your needs and assess the case.
Extended Consultation: The hourly rate applies after the initial 60 minutes.

Hourly Billing

General Legal Services: $50 per hour
Specialized Maritime & Admiralty Services: $200 per hour
Complex Case Advisory: $500 per hour (for high-value claims, arbitration, and complex dispute resolution)

Fixed Fees for Defined Services

Contract Drafting & Review: $100 (subject to document complexity)
Surveyor Appointment & Coordination: $1,500 per service (survey costs covered)
Letter of Indemnity & Legal Documentation: Starting from $100
Regulatory Compliance Advisory: Flat rates beginning at $500

Retainer Options

Monthly Retainer: Ideal for clients requiring ongoing support, starting at $5,000 per month (covers legal opinions, claims handling & management, and legal notices; litigation excluded)
Annual Retainer: Customizable packages available with preferential hourly rates for comprehensive, ongoing support.

Contingency Fees

Available for select claims services (e.g., cargo recovery), based on case details and discussed during consultation.

Expenses & Additional Costs

All third-party expenses, such as surveyor fees, filing charges, and travel, are billed separately with prior client approval.

Flexible Payment Plans

We recognize the unique circumstances of each client and offer flexible payment plans for select services to accommodate individual needs.
